1.) How can I know exactly when my order will arrive?
Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the Seller, your shipping destination and the courier partner's delivery schedule in your location.After your order is processed you should receive your tracking information right away.
2.) I need my order fast, do you guys provide expedited shipping?
Please refer to the delivery time when checking-out ,if need order fast,can choose more fast express transportation method as mentioned,Or contact us on line ,we will give you good solution.
3.) How long does delivery take?
The processing time for orders is 2-3 business days and the estimated delivery is provided for each order when placing it on the cart. 
Please take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays that we are unable to control on our end as well as, some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season.
4.) How do I track my order?
You can just click on Track Your Order on top of the Website page, enter your order number and email address then press Track to check your order status.
5.) When will I get my tracking number?
Once the order has been processed, tracking Number usually takes 2-3 business days to be generated. Please take note to allow 2 to 3 business days for your tracking information to be updated. If you have not received your tracking number within 3 business days and/or If the tracking status is "not available" within 2 to 3 business days from the time you have received your tracking number, kindly send us an email at:

6.) Where can I get my tracking number?
You can receive your tracking number from your email address after 2 to 3 days of confirmation order. If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days, kindly send us an email at:
